A Quick Snack

 

Here's a quick snack I make almost everyday.  

-Graham cracker, broken in two

-Peanut butter, spread not too thick or thin

-Chocolate chips, as many as you like

Is it healthy???  Well, it depends on your perspective.  Graham crackers are made with whole wheat which has fiber and protein.  Peanut butter has protein.  Chocolate has antioxidants and, as a friend pointed out, it's a bean.  Sure, you could look at the fat, sugar, and preservatives (none of the ingredients are homemade).  But, I prefer to look at the good in the snack.  After all, having a positive attitude is healthy too! 😉
